EESD2025 Abstract & Paper Submissions are made here:

The EESD2025 Scientific Committee invites you to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, workshop, or poster presentation. Abstract submission deadline is on Monday the 16th of December 2024 (23.59 GMT).

Maximum of 500 words is accepted in abstract. You can download an Abstract guide here, providing guidance on abstract preparation and file naming.

Notification of suitability and acceptance of conference contributions will be sent by the  27th of January 2025. 

Following abstract acceptance, authors will be required to submit a full paper by the 28th of April 2025. The paper should be a minimum 4 pages of total length (including figures, tables and references). The maximum length is 8 pages.

In order to upload your full paper on Easychair do as follows:

• Log on to Easychair and go to the ‘My submissions’ section.
• Identify the Abstract submission you wish to upload a full paper for and click on the magnifying glass icon in the ‘View’ column.
• Click on ‘update file’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
• This will reveal a page headed ‘Update a File for Submission XXX’. Click on the ‘Browse..’ button and find and upload your fullpaper (in .pdf format) from your computer.
• The new full paper file will replace the abstract file on the system. 

The full papers will be peer reviewed and the notification for required revision will be sent by 23 May 2025.

Papers will be presented in the EESD2025 Conference Proceedings.

Please note: Accepted papers that are not being presented at the conference will not be included in the Proceedings (i.e. at least one author must Register for, and attend the Conference).
